Comments:
went out on the katy 9.5 miles. turned around stopped at the new produce building on whatever road that is... Towers? no? I don't know. Steve showed me his super hills that I guess I need to train on one day a week some week...
This run sucked by the way. didn't get back in time to get my kids from school. Steve had to run ahead of me to tell the school I was on my way. THen steve actually got worried about me after realizing his amount of dehydration and packed a emergency supply kit of water etc for me.
