Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I did feel pretty good today, but the clock I was depending upon in the hotel didn't work--unknown to me until my return when the minute hand remained in the same place. But judging by my phone clock, the run took about 64 minutes. I did 2:45 planks, leg lifts and 30 good push-ups in a row at night. The route presented flat topography and I explored the campus of trinity college, Dublin doing a mile around their grass track, and another faster one, toward the end of the run.
So once again my insistence to run without a watch has affected me, giving a poor judgement of pace.
