Comments:
Good workout. Felt in control the whole time. It was a 200 off, 300 on deal. Off was at 45 and on was 60. So alternating between 6:00 and 5:20 pace. My on's were all right there, off's were generally 43. Happy with where my fitness is at. I think I'm in the top 3 of the squad right now.

Did some 200's after. Felt good.
