Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Darren, Sam, Griffin, Josh, others and I went down Wisconsin to the end of Western and back. There was some discord about the total distance, Darren saying it was closer to 6.25, but I went with Griffin's watch. 40 second planks, leg lifts, clams and leg strengthening. I felt awfully tight and tired having had a day off yesterday .
