Comments:
Wisconsin to Russian Embassy to Tunlaw (Walnut spelled backwards) to New Mexico to Nebraska to 42nd with Jason, Anthony, Darren, Sam, Griffin, Noah and et al. I haven't done that one before. Felt okay. Early this morning, before I got out of bed my right calf seized up and became painfully tight, however loosened up during the day and didn't hurt on the run. Core work with Peter, plank leg lifts, traveling squats, stationary lunges, pushups (29 in 1 minute for me), supermen and flutter kicks.
