Long River Run

Weather: Hot humid cloudy windy

Comments:
took a relatively easy river run before sunday's race. started out nice and easy, kicked into my regular pace and got to dewolfe in 47:14. walked most of the way home, stretching the hips/groin, which continue to worry me, especially the left one. otherwise, good, easy time. managed to beat a couple of 30-50 year old lumbering guys. why are men faster inately again?
