Not much going on this weekend I guess. Did some studying in the morning, and decided I wanted to go run on campus in the afternoon. Weather was perfect. Fall is definitely here and whenever I see all the leaves on the ground, I just want to go for a run. Parked in the lot. I had originally decided on Puffer Pond. I started up that way, but the road to N Amherst was packed with undergrads, most of them acting like douchebags. I just didnt want to deal with them. I guess it is the first weekend of the semester, and kids were already going pretty hard. That whole stretch of road is an undergrad ghetto too... I changed my plans and did a Whitney this time, a full loop. Felt a little tired in the middle but started to feel stronger on the way back after Amherst College. Amherst College was pretty quiet today, but there were a lot on kids at UMass. It was nice to get outside since I was getting kinda bored at my apartment. I only got called "faggot" because of my short shorts once today, which is pretty low. So yeah pretty good run overall.

Essentials: Stretch, stick roller

Did a few striders in the parking lot just to shake my legs out. IT and knee were tight again today. It was hot out when I was stretching so I just did the regular then headed home.
