tempo. as a group we did much better than last week. i think it was the fact that it was cooler, and everyone is getting set with the whole school schedule thing. we went out slower too. it was like 6:00, 5:58, low 5:40's the rest of the way out. it was pretty good, and my heart rate wasn't that high again. its a little frustrating after saturday to feel this good now, but whatever. 300s as well
