Weather: 70s sunny
Comments:
Jogged for about 4 miles. Did 6 hill sprints, about 12 seconds, and jogged for another 3 miles. It felt funny to sprint but it was fun because it kind of reminded me of YBF but a lot shorter.
Also I started doing some form drills today and I think I would like to do them more often. Sometimes I think my stride is kind of heavy and it would help me if I were lighter on my feet.
