Comments:
I made myself do my absolute LEAST favorite workout. The only thing worse than a 2x2-mile workout is a 3x2-mile workout. Anyway, quite a bit nicer outside today than the last two days. Did a 1-mile warm-up and 1-mile cool-down and took about 2-3 minutes of rest in between sets. Splits below, thoroughly whipped.
