Middle Mountain Loop

Just had class in the morning, so I got back early. It was real real nice out. CHilly this morning but perfect blue sky and a breeze in the afternoon. Wanted to explore the roads over on the mountain more, so I headed over there. Decent pace today, felt pretty good. Knee is tight though can feel it every once and a while. Ran back up Cross Mountain Rd, and kept turning left at each intersection, and eventually popped out at the entrance of Middle Mountain Rd... I didnt know I could do that or where I went (I do now that I mapped it) Makes a nice little loop with some soft surfaces and steep hills. Was kinda short, but I came back anyways, adding on at SES loop.

Essentials: Stretch, L7, roll

IT was real tight when I got back, should start incorporating some of the strengthening exercises in so that it isnt so tight. Good thing I got the bands. Also did some striders on Hadley Rd before coming in.
