Comments:
We did one of the workouts CoachL had us do in track for the 5k/10k group.

2 minutes at race pace, 2 min recovery, 3x800 w/ 800 recovery, 4 min rest, 3xt400 w/ 400 recovery, 3 min rest, 3x200 w/ 200 recovery. The 8s 4s and 2s were supposed to be at or below race pace.

I ran with Phillip and Josh and Chris was pretty much right behind us. This was very tiring by the end and it has been awhile since I've done a workout of this intensity. This is definitely the hardest workout we've done this year and probably the longest as well. Times were as below.

600 meters for the 2:00, 2:47, 2:53, 2:42, 77, 75, 75, 33, 34, 32
