Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
With Sam, Sahil and the Colaizzii. We played the same game as we did on Tuesday, wherein each of us would lead the run for five minutes. The pace varied a bit, but I felt fine overall. Could that be a signal that I didn't push hard enough yesterday? Either way, 1:00 planks, 15 leg lifts. I've really skimped on the strength work these past 10 days, but I suppose the runs are higher grade than I'd been doing on my own.
