5:55 AM. Sleep: 6.5 hr. Really need to try and get more sleep.

Dike hill
7 * 200 m hills w/downhill recovery. Felt alright, lost focus on the second one, pit stop after the 7th uphill and decided to call it quits at that point. Splits: 1:53 (42), 2:00 (45), 1:57 (43), 1:58 (44), 1:58 (44), 1:57 (44), 1:42 (44).

Terry Hershey Park: dike, Eldridge, Apartment
Back to base, ducked into apartment briefly to let the neighbor carry her dog up in peace (it will always bark at me), stretch & crunches.
