Comments:
I apologize to log this so late, but this was not a terribly exciting day. I went with a with a typical group plus Darren and Sahil down river to CCT to Bethesda Ave to Wisconsin to school. I felt a little sore and unsure of myself, but light on my feet during the 8 striders. We did some Peter Silverman agility drills with the later, some lunges and other leg strengthening.
