Pretty good day at work, but a little tired.  Not too stiff overall, but gluts super-sore, which is great!
Volunteered today; this is a drag, because it's so hard to get anything in on these days.  Hurried home and did 25 min on the bike, 5 Skinner laps.  Felt pretty good.
At the VIM clinic I weighed in tonight: 169!  With clothes, but still!  Woah.  But...a ton of that is muscle...this the "biggest" I've ever been, I think!
