Comments:
This course was ridiculous. There was more hill than flat by a huge amount. Throughout the whole thing except for short plateaus and a 500m stretch in the middle, you were going up or down. When I was running down hill in the beginning I felt like I was going to twist my ankle it was just so fast and there were so many dips and turns. Overall it wasn't a bad course, just the hardest one ever. THe hills never ended in the second half. In the beginning I just powered through and was thinking it wasn't too bad but by the time I got to that giant never ending hill, I was already really tired. My knees were 100% shot, on the verge of collapse, I couldn't even run fast down hill because I couldn't unbend my knees. I came in 3rd on the team though and was actually in head of Elijah for the whole big hill pretty much but he passed me going down. Although it wasn't a great time I'm pretty happy with it. We crushed Camden but got crushed by New Hartford. If only Camden was in the TVL so we weren't the worst. I actually beat everyone on Camden's team but it was really close.
