Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
We had the first track workout of the season today, and though I tried to deny it, I'd been feeling sick since last night. We did drills in the park across Wesley Theological seminary, then completed the next two blocks to AU, doing four striders, being grouped up, followed with four more striders than beginning. I ran with Gabe and Jason for the beginning, but after the first 500m, Gabe realized he had forgotten to take his inhaler. For the rest of the workout I remained pretty cautious due to my proto-cold, and should have pushed more; Jason often left me alone, either because he just wanted to speed up, or I was constantly slowing down, VERY FAR from Griffin and company, but happy to be training in general.
