Comments:
With a large group, school to Fort Bayard to Mass to Nebraska to Wisconsin to Van Ness to Reno to Harrison to 43rd and across Wisconsin again. Extremely sore groin, probably not helped by the 5 30m sprints Jason had us do at the end. Planks and clams at the beginning of practice.
