Weather: 70 degrees, nice
Comments:
First run after two days of rest, didn't think I'd go that long but I ended up feeling pretty refreshed so I went longer. Sped up in the last 2 miles or so, did a cooldown on campus. Feeling pretty great in the new shoes. Think I might go another easy few tomorrow on the canal path.
