Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
We had a nice workout at BK, with one whopper, one valley loop, one long pickup to MacArthur and back, one bridge loop, one driveway and a tempo from the bus stop at Ward to the holly bushes at Van Ness. I was pretty apprehensive about doing it, but Darren said, "We'll run the sickness right out of you", and I felt almost normal after the first pickup, arguably having a better workout than Tuesday.
