Comments:
Again pretty tired when I got home. Had a long day with lab in the morning, and this weekend wasnt exactly relaxing. Took some motivation to get out the door, but a good friend once told me what someone told him "Successful people do what they have to whether they feel like it or not" So with that I stepped out the door into the amazing fall afternoon. The weather instantly made me feel better. Did the usual warm up and drills before the workout. Felt ok, not great legs heavy.
Workout started out well I was on pace the first lap, felt good rounding the corner and felt strong in my upper body. Started to lose it as I went along, and by the end I was behind pace and slowing down. Didnt really have it in my legs today they just didnt feel quick. I felt smooth otherwise. Also didnt feel like my head was in it. Still though I felt better after the run, relieved a little stress. Felt tired as well cooling down and I went pretty slow.
Essentials: Stretch
Besides feeling heavy, legs felt good today no soreness or pains in the IT. Great. I guess I felt kinda smooth, but mostly slow. I want to pick up the distance on the tempo, but I am just so tired at the end of the day. What ever, I got shit done today and thats what matters.
