383. The 14x400m cometh! But I didn't know of its arrival until 3:45, making the workout all the better. In fact, I hardly remember half my times. We jogged to Friendship park, doing drills, proceeding to AU for striders. Gabe, who would be doing 10 400s started with me, but took his 400m cool down after the fifth one, and needed more recovery around numbers eight or nine. Otherwise, we worked together fairly well with 1:00 recovery in between each, developing a strategy to cruise the first 200m and kick the second, vice-versa or try to run as even as we could, which I continued after he broke off. I had some anomalies, but gathered that I averaged 73, which I have written below. I recall the last one being a 71 the 11th a 71, a 76, and a nervous 83 on the first and 78 on penultimate. I felt strong and feel 100x more confident going into Selisianum, knowing I should trust myself to go in the last 800m. I generously estimated the recovery to a mile.
