Comments:
Today we ran the mansion house for the first time all season. I ran with Nate at a decent speed. On the way back I stepped on a rock and my leg was horizontal pretty much. Then afterward we sprinted a 400, actually felt pretty good, it was like it used different muscles than the long run. Then we did 13/13.
