Comments:
Drove in this morning, and after a long day wrapping up a tough week, we all stayed on campus to get some stress relieving exercise. I did get in a little run by running down to the soccer fields by Mullins and back. I stopped and peed in the parking lot. Get at me UMPD. Felt good in the cool air.
Essentials: Stretch
Did a very very light stretch before soccer, but not much after since I wanted to get home. Hopefully I wont be too sore tomorrow. Legs feel so tired at the end of this week... Need to recover this weekend and do it again.
