Comments:
I was super sore from a touch Football game our floor had played the night before, but it didn't seem to affect my workout. For us track guys, it was 3xmile with 15 minute rest on a hilly course. The rest was very long but it was because we were actually doing every other mile of the XC guys' workout. I was put in a slow group at the beginning so I just kept moving up with each interval.
