Exercise Type: Bike

Because we're running Potomac like a workout tomorrow, Anthony told me to cross train out of fear for my knee, which bothered me during the day, I put the bike on the foothills program with a max resistance of six. We did a notable amount of strength work with Jason at the beginning of practice: planks, jumping jacks, pushups, twists and high knees. At the end, Anthony diagnosed me with patellar tendonitis, and I am praying he's wrong. I refuse to let this obstruct the season with everything else going on, what with recent events. Running is the glue that holds my life together and something like this dwarfs nearly any academic stress.
