Comments:
Long hills at the meadow. It was 7x1200m up the longer hill. The tops of my quads and hamstrings were really sore, so I didn't expect to finish all of them, but I was able to do the whole workout. The first couple were pretty rough, but once I got a rhythm going, it was much better. On getting back to Veale, I did the hurdle drills and lift again. I think I'm getting better at the hurdles, and felt a bit better after doing them. The soreness I was feeling today though definitely came from monday's lift though, so I made sure to take today's lift a bit easier.
