Comments:
Following a long talk, a lot of the team set out down Wisconsin to do the cathedral back way loop. Aidan and I circled the grounds and hooked back onto Wisconsin. I felt fine, thought my upper right hamstring hurt a bit. Crunches, pushups and leg strengthening. I am going to see Veronica tomorrow to confirm the security of my knee.
