Exercise Type: Swim

Woke up tired today...but I think that's a good thing: usually that means you've slept well. Dunno. But I was sluggish getting to the pool. But I got there. Was warmer than Tue, which was nice.
FINALLY feel like I'm moving my hips the way they're supposed to during front crawl. But I think I exhaust myself with "frantic fluttering" - gonna have to ask "coach" about that.
