6:45 AM. Sleep: 7.5 hr. Accidentally set my alarm for 6:00 PM, not 6:00 AM, took a bathroom stop before heading out on this run, thought I might have to take a second one but ran through with no problems, happy with the pace, probably about 90%, stretch, crunches & pushups.
