Weather: ~60 degrees, Nice

Comments:
Split tempo again. Pretty much the same thing as last week. I'm pretty sure I was quicker, and felt more comfortable, but I'm not certain on those times.
11:22, 5:44, 5:45.
Again, 200s were nice, despite a minor stitch in my side. Finished up with all the good hurdle/strength stuff, though I was careful not to overdo the strength, considering Oberlin is coming up.
