Comments:
I was late to practice because they had closed off the entire right lane on Nebraska due to construction. We immediately went to AU, originally planning to do 6x800m, with 90 seconds recovery, but after the 4th one, Anthony decided to have us do 4 4s instead. We agreed that although the 400s were probably more productive we could've done the next two 8s. I felt fine and my whole body normal. I performed fairly well, but wished I could've had someone next to me during the 8s. We did this whole, exhaustive ab routine Sam Boardman made up on the 3rd floor lobby. Still a quality day.
