Decided to bike again, the hamstring tight once again from weird stride mechanics.  Still figuring it out...
Had a bit of a long day at work, but got out on the bike in the waning hours of light.  Really nice night!  Really focused on getting into DEEP hip flexion and, as a result, was flying along, really using my gluts!  Fun ride.  Really like this loop, other than the gut/heart-bustin' Chambers climb.  So steep it's impossible to keep the HR under 180.  Thankfully that section is about a 4min climb.  After that, gentle country down/flat with a mild up to return to town via Bailey Hill Rd.  Fun route!
