Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
1000's. i know everyone else probably hated doing this on the track, but its my baby. don't know what it is. we were supposed to hit 3:15-3:20s a few people were in and out on these, but i did all 8. i just felt smooth all day. hit these times with ease, hich makes a lot of sense. on a track, at race pace, should be easy. was on 3:16 pretty much the whole thing. then on the last one i let myself just conmfortably run faster, and very easily ran a 3:03. it didn't even feel that fast. i felt good and i'm ready for saturday. all i want is to do well. where ever that leaves me is what i'll take.
