Exercise Type: Swim
Comments:
Pretty good swim - first one in a week. For the first time, I felt like I could swim and "zone out" - without fretting about drowning, etc. But, this was with the pool buoy. Free swimming...still really tough.
Only went 20:00 since I'll be having a swim lesson tomorrow. Awesome way to get a workout with mostly arms and not legs!
