Comments:
After using the bathroom a little too late, I found myself catching up with a large group of guys, Jason among them. I had an unexpected pickup along Nebraska and Loughboro, but upon rejoining the group, the pace calmed down a bit. We went onto MacArthur and looped back along BK. We did assorted strength work before practice for about ten minutes, planks, twists, six-inches, and the like.
