8:30a, was pointed the wrong way by a volunteer that basically added a block. Just ran w/ Grogan for the first 2.5miles of his 10k before the 5k course turned off. won easily and felt fine. Grogan mopped up, something like a converted 33:50 10k after accounting for the wrong turns.

10 miler tomorrow will make a good first week back! and a week sooner than expected as I was planning on 2 weeks break. Better safe than sorry, but running every other day this week just turned into running every day w/o soreness.
