Weather: Cool beautiful

Comments:
Run day after race. Tried to lengthen stride to pickup speed. Went hard easy hard easy...need to keep stretching to stay loose. Was able to be under 9 min/mile :). Was 183.8 after run and light lunch of red beans, rice and sausage.
