Tempo and hills

Comments:
Started out with a fast ish warm up. Then did 10 min of fast but not really hard. Jogged some more. 10 min of fast again and it felt harder this time, especially with some hills. I felt good on this part. Then I was going to be done but I came to this big hill so I took it hard. Then I jogged to cool down.

I was initially just going to do something short and fast but I'm glad I did something longer. I really have no idea how fast I'm running on these fast parts so it will be good to get in a road race and see my fitness. I'd be happy with 17 something, I guess now that I think about it I really have no expectations. Anyways, I think tomorrow I will try and get a long run of 14 15 or so.
