Comments:
Hard but fun workout. Went OK. 4 x 400 (86-88), 2 x 800 (2:50-2:55), 1 x mile (5:50-5:55) and back down with 100, 200, 400 rests. Went 84, 88, 85, 85, 2:54, 2:54, 5:57 (crap!), 2:55, 2:55, 87, 86, 85, 85. Jogs in cooldown.
