Comments:
Solid arobic run today. I also ordered new shoes which are direly needed. And I'm in the market for a scale. Gotta make sure I get my weight back to where I feel it needs to be to race at a high level.

Also looking at getting my heart rate monitor fixed or getting a new one. That should be glorious for the arobic efforts to come.
