Comments:
I woke up and honestly had to check facebook and make sure yesterday wasn't a dream. Days like that aren't just another great reason to run, but a reason to keep living. I loosened up, felt fine, though my calves had taken a beating and did seven straight minutes of strength work a la Jason, with planks, high knees, pushups, squats and six-inches.
