Comments:
First day of sectionals practice. Today I was forced into the barbaric practice of treadmill running. I ran a one mile warm-up, then 2 miles at 10 mph, then a 2 mile cooldown at 6.5 mph. Then we stretched. Also for the 3rd week in a row I'm ranked 64th in Section 3 Class B.
