Comments:
1000's. they weren't that great. i think the course was a little long, but maybe not. felt much harder than the ones on the track, and i only did 5. i had a nice workout on friday so i'm not too bummed. probably should have known not to wear my spikes for this. the amount of little paved areas was annoying, and my calves just weren't feeling it.
