Day 2 session 3 of intervals done at Yellow Creek Park with KSuz and Coach Rowe
2.25 mile warmup...1000 meters in 4:11...7 minute recovery jog. 1000 meters in 4:00..3 minute standing recovery...1000 meters in 4:22...2 mile cooldown...very good workout being on the course with some hills involved..#3 was the toughest 1000 yet for me... knees fair... good warmup and cooldown.
