12-16 x 400 (86-88) with :45 jogs. Felt tight on the first one, but felt great by the end. Very strong. Went 89, 85, 85, 85, 86, 84, 83, 84, 84, 83, 85, 84, 83, 84, 84, 83. Pumped about this one! Jogs in cool down.
