Back from Memphis

Comments:
So went to Memphis the last two days. It was a good learning experience for me, but sucked for running. We were slammed for time literally the entire time I was there. So I lost two days. Hopefully I can plan my travel a little better next time.

Got back to it today. Replaced the tempo with a hilly aerobic run per Emil. Felt dece. Trying to keep things under control although I'm already getting ithchy to run faster.
