Weather: cool, not bad though

Comments:
Today I warmed-up and stretched, then I did a 20 minute fartlek on the track. I randomly alternated speeds for different distances whenever I thought to do it. I think I ran around 11 laps but I didn't really pay attention, more of a time thing. I read somewhere that after a fartlek you should feel refreshed more than fatigued and I actually kinda did, it felt good. Afterward I ran a mile cooldown and then stretched. Then I did 30/30.
