Comments:
I slept for 14 hours on Wednesday night and felt much better the next morning (afternoon). Following the day of rest, I got another nine and was 99% well. On the way to school today, I was trembling over whether the ache in my leg would cause problems; thankfully it didn't. I felt fresh and light-legged during the eight long striders. I'm ready to race.
